Perhaps the easiest way to make it in a weight loss program is to have an incentive. The idea is to stay focused on losing weight by fixing your perception on something more personal. You make it (the incentive) as selfish as you can, making it a personal benefit. Some people make it an individual achievement of a fitness goal, such as a family occasion or a beach holiday. Whatever incentives you choose in aiding the loss of weight, make sure you have a fixed date set, and which must be as specific as possible.
