A lot of people ask me if they should hire a personal trainer. Is it worth the money? Will they get the results they are expecting?
Well, this is a tricky question because the answer is, it all depends. First of all, it depends on the person. Are they really motivated to lose weight? Will they be honest in their nutritional choices and follow the trainer\'s advice? But there is another really, really important question to ask, and that is "WHO is the trainer?"
The problem with personal trainers is, they are every where. Any gym you go to has personal trainers, the internet is teeming with them. Also, there are several institutions that offer certification classes to potential trainers, but only a handful of these are nationally accredited institutions-and that fact alone makes a HUGE difference in the QUALITY of training and preparation a trainer receives.
Fitness trainers are supposed to be professionals that (along with your doctor\'s o.k) can create and guide you through a fitness program that is right for you. Their job is more than just providing you with fat burning tips and an occasional "good job" during a session.fat burning tips
